In this box you get:
1 x Jacques Bruere Cap Classique Brut Reserve: This wine spends 96 months on it’s lees which is what gives it it’s magic. Rich and buttery, with notes of nuttiness, this wine is reminiscent of vintage Champagne. A very impressive wine.
2 x Demorgenzon DMZ Chardonnay: A fabulous South African Chardonnay -lots of white peach and citrus blossom on the nose which leads to an intense and rich palate with waves of ripe pear, citrus and a little floral lift. All this is beautifully supported by well-judged oak notes and a lingering finish with lovely fresh mineral tones.
2 x Falcoaria Tinto: From the Tejo region in Portugal, this wine has wonderful fruit on the palate. Blackberries and fruits of the forest sing through, with black cherries on the finish.
1 x De Bortoli Show Liqueur Muscat: A dark nut-brown colour, with heady aromas of dried dates, raisins, pudding spices and hints of roasted hazelnuts. Intense flavours of treacle and cinder toffee linger on the rich, unctuous palate. Perfect for puddings or cheese.
